The Certification Program includes coaching practices, intensive learning, continuous monitoring group and one-to-one coaching sessions. The six-month program conducted under the support of a team of master-coaches trained by the CTI that works with you throughout the program giving constant support and ensuring your success through phone sessions. Once successfully completed oral and written exams, you get your title of Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

The "A la carta" pack let's you enroll in Level 2 modules one by one, and pay as they go by.

It is mandatory to make the courses with the order established by the school. (Fundamentals, Fulfillment, Balance, Process and In the Bones)

This is the first module of the program prerequisite for participation in the other modules.

On this course, you will develop the skills to help customers discover their unique values, to identify their self-limiting influences and to create their own view for an attractive future.  Fulfillment coaching deals with helping customers to do away with the preconceived rules and limitations and to further in what truly gives them life.

Prerequisites: Have completed the Fundamentals of CTI prior.

On this course, coaches learn to help their customers develop new perspectives and to create a plan of action based on commitment.  As people live in constant movement, it is easy to forget that we have an option in everything we do.  Balance coaching guides customers in taking powerful vital decisions and in choosing the experiences they most want, instead of living at the mercy of circumstances or trying "to have it all".

Prerequisites: Have completed the Fundamentals of CTI prior.

On this course, coaches learn to help customers work on subjects with an emotional load and to learn that, though uncomfortable, chaos, confusion and inertia are part of a customer development. Process coaching deals with being with customers wherever they are as the river flows in the lives, to enable them to know themselves more fully and help them develop a lasting life purpose.

Prerequisites: Have completed the Fundamentals of CTI prior.

This course focuses on integrating the coaching skills learned in previous courses and on taking Co-Active Coaching to a higher level of impact and professionalism.  It offers refinement, depth and courage to better reply to a wide range of customers and coaching situations with creativity, security and power.  In the Bones Coaching is based on intuition to create “at the time” rather than applying formal techniques or rules.

Prerequisites: Have completed the Fundamentals of CTI prior.

The 2 1/2 day Fundamentals course is the first course on our Co-Active Coaching curriculum. Whether you are interested in using coaching skills in your current job or whether you simply want to improve your communication with the important people in your life, Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals has something for you.

Our view is that of an exemplary, ethical and viable Co-Active Coaching community.  We are committed to the future of coaches on a professional level.  The Certification program is a rigorously structured training program supervised and self-guided both individually and in the group.  The program is designed for professionals committed to their individual personal development in order to achieve the best results for their customers.  Although the program is based on the knowledge and experiences that the coach has created in CTI Levels 1 and 2, this program uses different technologies and experiences to continue with your development as a Co-active coach.
