Mentoring

Mentoring is a tool of personal and professional skills raising and development, and an effective way to help people in the company progress in their professional careers by building a relationship of confidence and respect between two people (the mentor and the mentee) who normally work in a similar area, and is a methodology independent of the hierarchical relationship that accelerates the mentee’s learning and development.

Augere designs and sets up mentoring programs in companies for:

  • The development of pre-managers or recent promotions to key posts.
  • "High potential" collaborators or those in succession plans who have to go through fast periods of learning and frequent changes.
  • Key collaborators who need to learn from an internal referent or need feedback to improve their output.
  • The reception and integration of new collaborators (guidance towards tutoring).
