TLC - The Leadership Circle
TLC is a 360º assessment tool which graphically and highly intuitively gives both the profile of individual leadership and a report of the leadership culture of the team organisation.
TLC results enable the development of critical skills to be focused and strengths to be identified on which to base management development. EQ-i - Inventory of Emotional Intelligence
The purpose of this tool is to measure the degree of emotional intelligence in 15 areas, by comparing the profile of the assessed person with that of the best leaders. It may be used in leadership development programs and in coaching programs both individually and in a team, and for other uses.
MBTI - Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
This indicator is different from other standard tests and other measurement parameters such as intelligence, as a characteristic is not measured, but rather the types of people's preferences are classified.
The MBTI organises these preferences into four sets of opposed pairs (extroverted / introverted, sensorial / intuitive, rational / emotional and classifying / perceptive), the combinations of which produce 16 psychological types. None of these types is "better" or "worse" although they do determine a tendency in the pattern of behaviour and relationship with others. Identifying these tendencies helps a person to become aware of the patterns and to establish effective relationship strategies with their environment.
