If your professional vocation leads you to become a coach, Augere provides you with two programs certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Individual Coach

You can train as an individual coach with the Co-Active Coaching™Certification program that Augere gives with its partners The Coaches Training Institute® (CTI), one of the pioneering organisations in the United States in researching and training in coaching, and a joint founder of the ICF.

The Co-Active Coaching™ Certification program is probably the most widespread around the world, receiving the greatest recognition and prestige.  It has trained over 35,000 coaches and certified more than 6,000. It is also the program that some of the most important international companies have set up in their corporate universities to train their internal coaches.

Team or system coach

You can train as a team or system coach with the Organizational and Relationship System Coaching program that Augere gives with its American partners from the Center for Right Relationship (CRR Global)
