Augere trains your own coaches with the Co-Active Coaching™ Certification program, and makes a rigorous selection from the large number of aspiring candidates.

Our more than 200 coaches speak the same language and use the same methodologies, working with high-quality indexes as shown by our customers’ assessments, and in programs in which a large number of directors and managers are able to take part.

The services can be contextualised as follows:

• Executive Coaching in processes intended for directors and managers. Depending on the customer's needs, we offer four personalised programs:

• Executive coaching in 360º assessment and feedback processes to groups of directors and managers.
• Executive coaching as support and accompaniment in training processes.

The executive coaching services include assessment tools provided either by Augere or by the customers themselves, which contribute to targeting the results achieved in the coaching processes.
