The TAOL Training is about impact ... your impact! It’s about your impact in your world, as a facilitator, a team leader, a manager, a consultant or a partner. It's about leadership.
In today’s business environment we are all called to be Leaders no matter what title we hold. TAOL will teach you the practice of effective leadership in all aspects of your life.
This is an opportunity and a challenge to sharpen your skills in how to remain present, awake and aware in any situation and use that in service of transforming the world around you.
This two-day workshop is designed to train you in the same powerful skills used by great actors and directors.
You can expect your experience to be vigorous, in-the-body learning where you will practice and apply actor-training methods to create your role as a leader and facilitator.
TAOL will provide a safe space for you to explore the wild, zany, shy, scared, brilliant, and unknown parts of yourself in order to manifest what is dynamic about... YOU.

This highly effective workshop is designed for leaders, managers, entrepreneurs and coaches who have already done some personal work and want to increase their authenticity.
