Supervision and Mentoring

Introduction
Supervision is one of the distinguishing elements in coach training and development. Detecting the strengths and areas of improvement will give extra value to the coaching exercise coaches carry out with their customers.
The supervision and mentoring sessions are performed in groups of up to 6 people with personalized attention, in which work will be done on real sessions and the participants’ practical experiences.

Program content
The program offers 6 telephone group monitoring sessions of 1.5
hours each, in which work will be done on:
Supervision and Feedback of real practical cases provided by the coaches taking part.
Learning to give feedback.
Mentoring and learning conversations concerning blocking experiences provided by the participants.
Building one’s own working methodology.

Program structure
The program will be carried out over three months with intervention every two weeks.

For whom is it intended?
The program is aimed at coaches in training or certified coaches committed to improving their coaching to achieve greater impact on their customers.
The training level of each participant will be taken into account in organizing the groups.
