Marketing your business

The program is designed for working on keys that are going to enable coaches to develop their knowledge to make coaching a sustainable way of life. All of this will enable them to go into the professional coaching market fully aware of their strengths and with the correct plan of action to overcome possible barriers on entry.


Who is it for?

This program offers advanced training to allow coaches that have finished their training or are in training with or without experiencing the organisational surroundings to know the keys to be successful in a coaching process with managers in the area of organisations.


Results

Participant coaches will gain knowledge and tools to be able to launch their professional project. With a distinct positioning map on the market, always capable of generating an active network of contacts to begin to work professionally both with private customers and companies.

 

Program objectives

  • To give the participants marketing tools for positioning themselves in developing their work as professional coaches.
  • To help participants to overcome their internal resistance and to allow them to achieve their dreams of making coaching their sustainable means of life.
  • To provide the necessary knowledge to work as self-employed or companies and to understand the business reality.
  • To create a community of learning.

 

Content

Drawing your map

  • Where I am.
  • Who I am as a coach.
  • My strengths, my barriers and their root causes.
  • Where I want to go.

o Studying my market (segmenting).
o Own positioning.
o Personal score.

The Toolbox

  • Self-employed vs. Companie.
  • Getting known (Internet, social networks, word-of-mouth).
  • Establishing and using a network of relationship (networking).
  • Creating proposals and establishing timetables.

 

The value proposal

On-line follow-up through a learning community.

 

Methodology

Totally practical, where in addition to receiving the concepts, they will practise them by applying them to their personal situation so at the end of the course they will have a positioning map on the market to help them to guide their professional practice.
They will use individual and group coaching techniques amongst those attending based on Co-Active Leadership™. The program will be led by two Co-Active Coaches®.
