Executive Coaching

Coaching is the most powerful way seen to train managers and leaders in the fundamental skills for impacting strongly on the identification of successful beliefs and values and in the development of their role as a leader and coach.

The Executive Coaching Program is created for coaches who accompany company managers who wish to expand their emotional intelligence skills to improve their impact on the organisation through the development of their collaborators, by training them in new communication styles and new capacities to relate to both their professional and personal surroundings.

Who is it for?

This program offers advanced training to allow coaches that have finished their training or are in training with or without experience in the organisational surroundings to know the keys to being successful in a coaching process with managers in the area of organisations.

Objectives

  • To know the keys of leadership of managers who, in addition to obtaining excellent business results, are well considered for creating quality, long-term relationships.
  • To know some of the aspects which distinguish executive coaching in the context of organisations, from personal coaching.
  • To give participants specific tools to accompany managers in their development.
  • To overcome internal resistance to carry out processes of executive coaching, a new area of action.

 

Content

  • Principles of action on which to base the executive coaching process.
  • Alliance and definition of objectives in the executive coaching process: alignment of the manager’s holistic and systemic view.
  • Content and process: transfer of learning and experience to professional and personal surroundings.
  • Alignment of the coach, role and support to managers: structures for passing from being to how to do.
  • The manager as a leader and coach: to achieve good business results and to develop their collaborators.
  • New paradigm in business and people management: how to develop people who want to belong to and remain in the organisation.


Methodology

The program has been created on the basis of the following sources and methodological focuses:

  • Augere’s experience since 2002 in executive coaching with company managers.
  • Augere Foundation’s research into the manager as leader & coach, carried out with 1,000 managers from Spain and Latin America.
  • The training of over 700 coaches and managers in coaching skills since 2004.


The training process will combine displays and coaching practices in order to incorporate skills and tools.
