Building Communities

Building Communities (BC) is a program of action for organisations that wish to build their future as successful human groups do, by forming a Community to which all people who relate wish to belong and in which they wish to remain.

BC is the materialisation of the firm conviction that the future of business organisations, "The Companies of the 21st-century", consists of their exchanges and relationships contemplating and helping human beings to express the best of their humanity through them.

BC provides the solid conviction that people can show the best of themselves even in the economy.

A successful human group, a Community, satisfies the needs of its members while weaving a network of relationships that are sustainable because they have been capable of producing emotional bonds.

A business organisation satisfies the needs of work, consumption, profitability.  The satisfaction of needs places the company at the same starting point as any other human Community.
